We tend view the world through our thoughts, beliefs and emotions, most of which were developed through the programming we received from childhood .
I will help you identify all of your limiting beliefs, improve your boundaries, and redirect the self sabotage so that you reach your goals in whatever area of your life that is less than you want it to be.
We will explore the good, the bad, and the ugly as we consistently toward your goals. As an added bonus, with your permission, I will integrate energetic tools into our work to assist you in this exploration.
What you can expect.
Accountability. You set the pace for our work together, however I am going to keep you accountable so we can keep the momentum.
Support between sessions. You will have access to me by email and text. I know you might get stuck and that can be frustrating. Rest assured we will work through your stuck-ness quickly so that we keep moving forward. I will give you action steps / homework so you can continue working on your own towards your goal.

Group coaching is a powerful and effective way for me to reach several people at one time to improve their health, wellbeing, personal strengths, relationships and more.
My group coaching program is a cohort-based coaching program using Positive Intelligence, or PQ, with multiple clients enrolling and having a guided experience through the same program at the same time. Although the group is enrolled together, you may progress at your own pace or do self-assessments to verify that you've grasped the material we discuss each week.
The Positive Intelligence Program is based on a book by Shirzad Chamine, more about him here.
It was derived from the concept that we have voices in our head that generate negative emotions that affect the way you handle life’s everyday challenges. They represent automated patterns in your mind for how to think, feel, and respond. They cause all of your stress, anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, restlessness, and unhappiness. They sabotage your performance, wellbeing, and relationships. We call these your 'Saboteurs'.
We also have within us, however, inner wisdom where the mind and body are calm and the there is clear thought. We call this the 'Sage'.
The program is a 8 week program based on the concepts described above and is smart phone app based to remind you to stay on track. Included in the app is:
15 minutes/day of app-guided practice enables you to establish mental muscles (neural pathways). These exercises are small 2 minute exercised to fit your busy schedule and customized based on how you self-sabotage.
Each Saturday there will be a one hour-long video based on the week’s focus. This video will inspire and energize you so that you continue to practice during the week what you have learn in the content delivered. We will meet once with the group via zoom each week for coaching and a discussion around the weekly focus.
The app keeps track of your activity to keep you motivated through instant feedback on exactly how much progress you’re making towards building the 3 core muscles of mental fitness. Studies have shown that brain rewiring may be visible in MRI imaging within 8 weeks!
The app has a chat that I will encourage using so that each of the members of the cohort will check in each day. You will never feel alone on your journey. This will help establish a support and accountability team with your fellow cohort participants. Research has shown this to be a critical success factor for establishing lasting new positive habits of the mind.
